FMJ Accounting & Tax Consultant LLC is an FTA-registered tax agency in Business Bay, Dubai, founded in 2023 by CA Sanober Pathan. We look after the accounting, tax and compliance of more than 900 mainland, free zone and international businesses, with a Chartered Accountant behind every file.
Started in 2023 with one client and one promise.
FMJ was founded in Dubai in 2023 by CA Sanober Pathan.
During the pandemic, she suddenly lost her father, Mr. Faiz Mohammed Khan Jamsher Khan, her mentor and closest friend. He had always wanted her to be independent and to build something of her own. FMJ carries his initials. It began with a single referral client and grew client by client into an FTA-registered tax agency with a team of qualified CAs, serving more than 900 businesses across the UAE and beyond.

Founder & Managing Director
Sanober is a Chartered Accountant and FTA-Approved Tax Agent with more than 15 years of cross-border experience helping organisations across the GCC, the UK, the USA, Europe, Southeast Asia and India with tax, financial structuring and compliance. She founded FMJ in 2023 and leads its work in UAE Corporate Tax and transfer pricing, international tax structuring, IFRS and US GAAP advisory, and AML compliance. She writes and speaks on entrepreneurship, compliance and the future of the accounting profession.
My father wanted me to be independent and to build something of my own. FMJ carries his name, and his values guide every client we serve.
